Motivation

We all have different levels of desire for either extrinsic or intrinsic motivation and these desire levels can influence our actions greatly.

Depending upon the class, age range, teacher, and desired outcome, you may choose to use extrinsic or intrinsic motivation when designing a classroom management plan. In a perfect world, all students would be intrinsically motivated and would be satisfied by their own achievements which would influence them to continue working hard. Unfortunately, this is not a perfect world, but that is okay!
